Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Intended Use

The Service is intended for educators, school staff, instructional leaders, and district personnel. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is not designed for direct student use.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Maintain the security of your credentials.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

Classvero provides AI-assisted tools for lesson generation, instructional scripting, metacognitive supports, and Tier 2/Tier 3 academic and behavioral strategies.

You agree not to:

• Input sensitive student PII (e.g., student names, ID numbers, grades) into prompts.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Use AI outputs as the sole basis for grading or disciplinary decisions.
• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• AI outputs are assistive and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
• Educators remain responsible for instructional decisions and professional judgment.
• Classvero does not guarantee compliance, accuracy, or outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property

• Classvero owns the Service, software, and platform design.
• You retain ownership of content you submit.
• You grant Classvero a limited license to process your submitted content solely to provide and improve the Service for you (e.g., generating requested outputs).

6. Payments & Subscriptions

New accounts may start a free trial, and paid Teacher Pro subscriptions are billed in advance through Square and renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. The Free Trial & Subscription Terms apply to trials and subscriptions. Beta users may receive free or discounted access under the Beta Program Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if use threatens platform integrity or compliance. You may terminate your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classvero is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed amounts paid in the prior 12 months (or $0 for free/beta use).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
